    Written from a “How to” standpoint. Very easy to read. A good book to leverage the strengths of your small business. I found great insight into customer service, customer retention, “building buzz in the market place”, and branding. Very good from a retail sales standpoint. I recommend for small business owners.

It doesn’t sugar coat the realities and gives very effective advice and direction to small business owners.
