How Do You Apply For Small Business Grants In Mo?

Does anyone know how to legitimately apply for small business grants without the up front costs? There are thousands of websites but I have always heard that if there is a fee they are most likely not legit? Anyone out there with some experience in this? Any help appreciated.

The only place to go that won’t scam or charge you is a govermment web site, like http://www.grants.gov or http://www.business.gov
Business.gov has a page to search for Business Loans, Grants and Financing. Go to http://search.business.gov/startLoans.ht…
Here are three companies that I have referred my clients and actually used myself. You only have to pay a fee if you get funded.
