Quickbooks or Peachtree.
I would use the Microsoft Office Suite. It is fairly user friendly and has all you need.
Good luck with your business.
If you have an accountant do your numbers, you may need to use Quick Books, as a lot of accountants want a standard format. If you keep the books yourself, I HIGHLY recommend Owl Accounting Software!

I recommend QuickBooks. It is very flexible and user friendly, and keeps all your financial information in a way that your accountant will be able to use as well. Intuit, the maker of the software, has a great ProAdvisor program so you can easily find someone with QuickBooks expertise if you need any help setting up or using the program correctly.
