What The The Requirements For A Small Software Development Business To Comply With Osha Regulations?

I manage a small software development corporation. I am told that we need to comply with OSHA regulations, and the business wants to sell me something. Do I need to purchase something other than the wall poster we purchased from Personel Concepts?
